FYI: Your ftp server and netscape don't interact well. The filesize is wrong, and the .gz extention is incorrect.
And, it crashes instantly:

What package is libpixmap.so part of? When starting gcdmaster, I get:

Well, I think it should be a static binary, so it should not depend on any share (.so) library.
Can you please try the new 1.1.5 version?

It contains a pixmap loading bug, but you can fully use it.

Netscape fault ;)
I have downloaded it using mozilla (0.8) and it works well. We can't do anything with the ftp server as sourceforge provides it.
Anyway I have make an ungziped version of it in case you want to try. I will really try downloading the .gz with wget first.
