cdrdao works with a .toc-file, where the files, that cdrdao should burn onto the disk, are specified by the FILE "bla.wav" syntax.
I have an application that needs to burn an PCM-encoded audio stream directly onto the disc, without writing it to a file first.
Is this possible with cdrdao? say like with: FILE "-" in the .toc-file?

I wonder whether that works.
I have a similar situation here. I have 2 fifo pipes temp.cue and temp.bin. With vcdimager I am filling these pipes, and with cdrdao I want to burn the image. When cdrdao reads the cuesheet it reads the size of the .bin image, but it just sees the pipe and the size 0 byte of it. So it reports an error that the image has not the file size specified in the cuesheet. Even with the force flag this is not possible. Is burning over pipes actually possible at disc at once modus with toc files?
