I guess the question is, how do I set the environmental variable properly to avoid the message and get the driver table read properly. Using Win32 version, on win98SE.

I got the same message but using it under WinXP Pro. Can anyone tell where to find this "HOME" variable or how to define it?

I consistently get the following error message with CDRDAO 1.1.5 when writing from a .bin/cue file pair, although my writes work okay.
WARNING: Environment variable 'HOME' not defined - cannot read .cdrdao. It goes on say it is using the generic driver set.
I use the following command set in a dos window to do the write:
CDRDAO write -v 2 --speed 12 --device 4,1,0 --eject filename.cue

I'm having the same issue under Win2KPro. Anyone know how to fix this? :(
