cdrdao output:
ERROR: 4ch.wav: found 4 channel(s), require 2 channels.
ERROR: Header of audio file "4ch.wav" is corrupted.
ERROR: evil.toc:46: Cannot determine length of track
data specification.

TOC snippet:
FOUR_CHANNEL_AUDIO
FILE "4ch.wav" 0

This makes it impossible to burn 4-channel audio
tracks. Your best bet on reproducing a 4-channel wav,
if you need one, is probably sox. If that's not an
option, you can try grabbing/decoding
http://themuffin.net/4ch.ogg

CD-DA doesn't support 4 channel audio. The flag
FOUR_CHANNEL_AUDIO was intended so that a compatible player
would have an indication of how to playback the 4 channel
data on the disc. This was never finished in the standard.

Your best bet for putting a 4 channel .wav file on a CD-R is
to make a wave file in a normal ISO9660 filesystem and burn
    that.
