How do I create a new dock theme using cDock on OS X 10.10.3?

Generally just by using the custom option.

Themes are located here:

~/Library/Application Support/cDock/themes

The files a theme can have are:

settings.txt (required) background.png (optional -- for themes with a picture background) 3d.png (optional -- for themes with a 3d background)
