#759 src/ refactoring
There were some files left over in the /src/ directory, this patch cleans up the folder completely and finds the correct home of the files that were not moved. Submitting for review as I made a judgement on the last two commits. Mainly, some files were only mentioned in doc/dict and by absolute path - I have not updated the paths as dict building also needs updating.
