I just had a look at the PDBReader...seems like there are a few changes
since I touched it the last time. The secondary structure IS apparently
being read, however the certain lines in the PDB file containing
information about the secondary structure information is at the moment
just been put in a vector without being used for anything as I can see.

Of course I can assist when it comes to the Protein, Strand, Monomer
architecture (to the extent _I_ remember... :-)
