Initial Comment:

I loaded a BioPolymer using the PDBReader and used the
CdkModelAdapter to display it in Jmol according to the
Integration page in the Wiki. However, the BioPolymer
specific information is lost so the protein/aa specific
display modes (ribbon/rocket/cartoon) cannot be used in
Jmol.

I used org.jmol.adapter.cdk.CdkModelAdapter in Jmol v10.x.
