on the following (relatively highly symmetric) molecules. We 
have uploaded the .cml and .mol versions for you to 
doublecheck. Hope this helps.

The fingerprinter is working fine here. However, the
aromaticity detection is causing the system to hang. Will
file a new bug for that.
