Dear Antoine, I work on the ChEBI project. Unfortunately we don't use Spring MVC on our backend. We are using EclipseLink to map our database objects onto our front end STRUTS pages. We have pregenerated images on the results page so as to avoid loading an applet for each one. Let me know if we can be of any assistance. Similar to what can be found in ChEBI (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/chebi/advancedSearchForward.do) or PubChem (http://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/search/search.cgi) we will have mainly two HTML pages: one that enables to draw a strukture used as input for a substructure or similarity search, one to show the results. Before starting to do this from myself, I would be glade to know if there is already something like this (a web frontend based on Spring MVC integrating JCP) that I could use Thanks for your help.
