I have reported them repeatedly on the JCP list and in the Trac system. I just got tired of 
pursuing that, since I cannot do the Java needed.
Stefan has tried to fix them at several occasions and sometimes the problem was lack of 
reproducibility --but for me, they are consistent--

The major problem is Trac ticket #44  Makes adding explicit Hs totally unreliable.

Also, some doc on which Javascript API calls are available  would be helpful. I've done most 
by trial and error.
