[Cdk-jchempaint] update on merging in the EBI/UU patches into the main jchempaint-primary

Hi Mark, Arvid,

I made some progress, though not as much as I had hoped.

The EBI patches for stereochemistry triggered the observation of a bug
in the CDK itself, which evolved in the use of an enumeration (patches
online at SF for the CDK).

While at it, I also merged the ILoggingTool patch into 0-other,
meaning that the applet can now take advantage of that, and remove the
log4j.jar from the applet. Should save a few kBs.

So, now back at the stage of merging in EBI and UU patches, but need
to focus on a grant application until tomorrow. Will continue at the
end of this week.

Meanwhile, this would be a good moment to rebase on the new jchempaint-primary.
