Basically not :( There is some code to enable automatically building with Ant as building step for Eclipse, but that makes building in Eclipse slow (as slow as on the command line, basically...), which is turned off in trunk/... Right click on the 'cdk' project, and select the Properties item. Then, in the 'Builders' section, enable 'EclipsePreBuild' to have it build using Ant too...
