Not at all! It's good to see what fails - makes for a stronger parser

I've added 3 tests in SMARTSSearchTest (testLogicalOr[9-11])

I'm not sure about this - Dazhi could verify wrt LogicalOperatorBond

BTW, there's no need to create multiple instances of SMARTSQueryTool  
- you can reset the SMARTS for a given instance ad so reuse it
