#177 mesomery / one-and-half bonds

JCP trac issue #21 mentions nitrogen dioxide. Its structure needs either hint at mesomery by using a dotted arc, or two one-and-half bonds. However, there is no support for this in CDK.

Klas (Uppsala) is working on a patch with a flag SINGLE_OR_DOUBLE that solves this issue.
