#120 Renaming Strand to Chain

From the point of view of bioinformatics, the Strand class is misnamed. Not just because the normal term is 'Chain', but because 'Strand' usually refers to a beta-strand in proteins.

This might seem like a trivial issue, but for purposes of interoperability, and just usability of the cdk for biologists, the name change is important.
