Added Xerces 2.9.0 to CDK SVN. SD files are actually not in XML format, but the isotope list is, which is needed for reading SD files with "M ISO" fields.
IMPORTANT: Xerces is not build dependency for the CDK, and just added to make the life easier for OS/X users.
