#232 Inconsistent super() call

In the Crystal class, we have the following
implementation of add(), which just calls the
super.add(), which is what we should get by simple
inheritance. I added comment to the code.

* Adds the atoms in the AtomContainer as cell content.
/
public void add(AtomContainer container) {
/ What do we gain here if we call super()?
Wouldn't we just get the same behaviour
by just inheriting the method? */
super.add(container);

I don't think there is another way to overwrite JavaDoc. And that's the
reason why this is done in this way. But generally, you are correct.
