How are we planning to allow the user to configure CCTW? For example, how will they set the path to NeXus or disable NeXus?

    Two possibilities:

    1: Use the embedded copy of nexus in qceplib
    2: Don't use nexus - use hdf5 instead

    What else is the embedded copy used for?

    Its not used for anything at the moment - that's why I was suggesting sticking with hdf5
