#8 webdav support to be used in Open Clip Art Library

This patch add webdav support to ccHost. It's part of a GSoC proposal, that integrate Inkscape and Open Clip Art Library, making possible to import and export documents.

By now, it just work with SVG files, using module.graphic.svg.php and extension.parse.xml.php.

module.graphic.svg and extension.parse.xml were downloaded from: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=55859&package_id=217256&release_id=476780 and changed to solve two bugs.

Cool...I'll try to get to this later tonite...Bruno, you should submit the patch for getid3 to the getid3 ppl...please do that! Work with them on it and ping back here...also you might talk to roan on the cchost list about this...he is also on the openclipart list too
