No

If I set the ccTiddly default.php config to
$tiddlyCfg['privilege_misc']['group_default_privilege']['anonymous']
= "DDDD"; to make the TW private, an anonymous user
sees the shadow tiddlers SiteTitle, SiteSubTitle,
Getting Started, etc. It looks like a new blank TW. The
user can create a new tiddler, though when click Done
an error box pops up (no permission) and the newly
created tiddler remains locally in his TW. No big deal.
The new user also sees Edit option on active tiddler.

I'd like to see nothing at all displayed to the
anonymous user (given "DDDD" as I set) except the login
boxes. Just a thought for future ccTiddly.

This will be added in ver 1.1 but should also be able to use
    in v1.0

add the following line into your config file
    $tiddlyCfg['pref']['reqLogin'] = 1; //require login to
access the page. A blank page with login box would appear
for anonymous users if enabled [0=disable; 1=enable]

download the attached file and overwrite your index.php.
Backup your original index.php just in case.
