#17 Package naming not following policy

The memoization, series and quick-array packages don't
really follow the naming policy (they're not final
applications, so they really ought to have cl- or
clocc- prefixes.

This is not as grave as it might be because the main
reason we have the naming policy is to avoid clashes
with real debian packages (e.g. imho); since the above
_are_ real debian packages it isn't a problem.
