#7 Slight error in MBN additional piece table and TOC

1) In the table "Additional Pieces" the third column for "G" ("Tripper") should be "T" and not "Z".
2) The Table of Contents of the top of the page is not fully correct i.e. missing section 5 "Additional Pieces" and Macros should be prefixed with a 6.
