#3 Loading CCExtractorDump.dll dynamically without having to register it

With this updated code in DShowPlayer::InitializeGraph you can get WTVDump.exe to load CCExtractorDump.dll dynamically without having to register it with windows first (registration also works, having the dll in the same folder as WTVDump.exe also works).
Many advantages to it, especially is you're not installing the software or doing test runs etc.

Fortunately we no longer use WTVDump at all - so I'm closing this ticket.
