Garbled 608 captions on a 264 transport stream

I have a 264 transport stream file that was pulled from the air (using an HD HomeRun box, I believe) that has embedded 608 rollup captions. VLC 1.1.7 plays these captions fine, but ccextractor misses or swaps letters (like maybe there's a b-frame decode ordering problem?). I've trimmed it down to a 1m test clip for inclusion, but it's still a pretty big file at 110MB. Unfortunately, SourceForge won't let me attach the file. I have the file on a semi-private FTP site that I can provide if needed (please contact me outside of this bug report for details), otherwise I will just attach a ccextractor *.bin dump of the extracted data.
I recently fixed some issues with "garbled" H264 streams. This will be included in the next version. If you don't want to wait I can try out your problem test clip if you make it available.
