#5 Make the Resource Browser tree paged

When there are lots of resources under a given node it takes a long time to retrieve them, or if they won't all fit into memory to serialize them then it won't return. To prevent this the resource browser tree control should be paged, such that it shows some resources and then provides an option to view more.
