#998 Change description of insulation when below roof deck insulation is thicker than framing

Todd is recommending that the description of the insulation when below roof deck insulation is thicker than the framing for better clarity. The recommendation when the “Thick Cavity Insulation Covers Framing” box is not checked is:

Around Roof Joists: No Insulation
Cavity/Frame: R-30/2x6

Currently it reports:
Around Roof Joists: R-14.6 insulation
Cavity/Frame: R-20.4/2x6

This was discussed further on 03/26/2018 weekly call. It is now suggested that for both ceiling below attics and insulation below roof deck that similar language be used as show below. Also, make this a ticket for 2019 and not make any changes to 2016 at this time.

For the cavity/frame, always report the total R-value input by the user, such as

Cavity/Frame: R-30/2x4

Then for insulation on the joists report only that it does or does not have insulation:

 Under Roof Joists: No insulation
 Over Ceiling Joists: No insulation

or

 Under Roof Joists: Insulated
 Over Ceiling Joists: Insulated
