Update of NEEA HPWH spreadsheet and CSV list with all new Brands and Models in update list (attached)
Update of CBECC enums related to new additions. Brands and Models without CSE presets yet are commented out so that users cannot select them for simulation.
Update of CF1RPRF01E_Master.rule to output new Brands/Models. Requires schema updates to finalize PDF processing.
Limited testing
New JA13 UI logic not yet implemented to allow users to select JA13 for models that are not identified in NEEA HPWH spreadsheet as JA13 compliant. Interface still displays JA13 compliance message if model indicates such.
Updated status to reflect progress to date.
Remaining work:
Add JA13 checkbox and default/activate as discussed (for JA13 models in table, check box and disable it in UI (to prevent user from unchecking it), and for non-JA13 models, default checkbox to unchecked and enable in UI - allowing user to manually check it)
Test and confirm report changes
GUIDANCE STILL NEEDED - details about precisely how we are to document in the compliance report cases where NEEA HPWH's not classified as JA13 (according to ruleset table) are selected in the model and user indicated the unit IS JA13-compliant.

Further testing shows identical results for models with the same ASHPType; one listed as non-JA13, but with the JA13 UI checkbox checked; the other listed as JA13 compliant in the CBECC-Res dataset.

At the minimum there should be a message under special feature so indicate JA13. My preference is in addition to the special feature, there would be a yes/no box indicating whether the HPWH is JA13

If EITHER the JA13 compliance flag OR the JA13 UI checkbox are "true", then a Special Feature message will be reported in CBECC-Res Section_E (REQUIRED SPECIAL FEATURES) as "One or more heat pump water heaters have been modeled as demand response compatible"
If NEITHER the JA13 compliance flag NOR the JA13 UI checkbox are "true", then NO Special Feature message will be reported.
In CBECC-Res Section_Tneea (WATER HEATERS - NEEA Heat Pump) added new NOT REPORTED IN PDF true/false elements Tneea09_ResidentialWaterHeaterDemRespCompat and Tneea10_ResidentialWaterHeaterJA13UICompliance to report lookup table and user interface checkbox values respectively. These values will not be displayed in the PDF.
