#1344 XML Reporting: Tneea05a_HeatPumpWaterHeaterSimulationGroup

Currently when the user selects one of the generic tier 3 options, the SimulationGroup is being reported as AWHSTier3Generic40, 50, 65, or 80. Those values do not align with the Simulation Groups as defined in the base schemas for the compliance documents. There the groups are defined as Tier3Generic40, 50, 65, and 80.

The XML reporting should match the schema elements as defined in the compliance document base schema: Tier3Generic40, Tier3Generic50, Tier3Generic65, and Tier3Generic80.
