#1045 min kW for Reduced PV

Under the EDR/PV tab, Reduced PV Requirements, Exceptions 2, 3, and 4, if chosen the kW entry may not be less than the “CFA x minimum w/sf” as listed for each exception. Check to make sure the user input kW is greater than the minimum for the exception chosen and if not immediately reject the input.

These mods include ruleset calc of min reduced PV requirement & range checks on inputs and prior to analysis.
Screen also updated to report Min PV kW (when applicable).

Question for CEC - should the newly calculated minimum kW become the default for those exceptions (#s2-4) for which we are now calculating a minimum?
Currently, the reduced PV requirement defaults to 0 for exception #1 (effective solar access < 80 ft2) but there is no default for any other exception.

Yes, use the calculated minimum kW as a default for the 3 exceptions.

Minimum kW values calculated for exceptions 2-4 now also serve as the default PV system size when those those exceptions are selected.

Danny Tam checked this ticket and says: The 3 exceptions seen to be working as intended. You cannot input a system size smaller than the exception requirement and an error message pops up.
