Need to change all occurances of Final EDR to read Total EDR to match standards language. There are at least two analysis results screens and the CF1R that use this language. After Scott fixes, assign to Robert to change CF1R template.

Most 2019 mods checked into SVN @ r1152 (two minor report template mods still needed)

Question for CEC -
Should the same mods be made for 2016 results screen & report?
'Final' EDR labels there are fewer, but still present in 2016 results screens & report.

Let's leave 2016 the way it is since the 2016 RACM refers to it as "Final EDR" and is not referenced at all in the 2016 Standards.

Switching owner to Robert Scott to complete final mod needed to report templates.
Existing rules (SVN r1164) include all "Final" -> "Total" label changes within the softare and in the column labels of the report (shown in the graphics above).
2016 labeling is unchanged (remains "Final").

Robert - remaining changes needed are the two in the lower portion of the third graphic, where the term "Final" is included in the footnotes of the EDR table.
Please update the table in the 2019 compliance report to replace F/final -> T/total.
