An option in the QA tab to manually scrub identifiers if they weren't caught by the de-identifier. This would be on a report by report basis. Should be implemented so that the report does not have to be recoded and re-indexed. Can be done by asking the user to select the identifier text and then replacing those characters. Maintaining the character offsets will help avoid recoding of the report
