I just currently released the new version of CMS. Now its a powerful PHP-based system with complex set of components including SPAW and FCKEditor. The CMS allow you to create simple database control view with extesion of tradicional set of database types.

Project just added to CVS. Site and demo are still under development and acceptable from http://cat.sourceforge.org/ . Previous version of CMS called CAT can be founded on its demo site http://demo.fd-group.ru/. Its not currently supported.
