just pushed to web with submission mail address

added submission email to news and rules; bumped one old news item to archive. SN: check email for alternative hashed email if you prefer that

image in proceedings still not working, out of ideas.

added pre-registration to proceedings, dates; also copied to real web, not preview.

Added new dates, news and details to proceedings in preview folder

Opened the augmented evaluation rules

deleted MS, no real reason for it to be there

added the preview for more detailed evaluation rules.
