Description of the output files

To the author of the CASH. Could you please provide a document to descript the output of the software. We don't know how to use the results. Typically, we use percent splice in (PSI) to quantify the AS exon or delta-PSI for the comparison between sample. But I only found some numbers like 1000::1322. It shoulbe d the reads number. But what types of reads, such as junction or others？ Thank you.
