Hmmmm. Well, I'm not sure I understand the whole situation, but they may still be RETS compliant and not give you access to the server. Being RETS compliant does not require an MLS to give out RETS accounts to anyone that asks. An MLS may have certain policies in place, and that is beyond RETS compliancy (which only refers to the technical aspect of RETS). -Dave |
