This is too true. Can CRT or someone else have those that are not
compliant remove anything saying they are? 
ARIS, our MLS provider here, makes that claim on their site as well as
verbally, but when I would call to get the login URL, they said there
wasn't one. Hmmmm.

So my plans to make my own client app for my linux box have considerably
slowed down. Besides, even if we did have a RETS server, I need to spend
my time selling real estate...gotta feed the family, you know.

Instead of making noise to the vendor, I'm trying to get onto the MLS
committee with the intent to get the contract awarded to a real vendor
when the contract comes up for renewal again.
