#5 FIx rendering of check boxes and radio buttons that have no text

Currently a small "empty text" area is rendered near a check bot or radio button which has no (e.g. empty) text. THis is wrong - there shall be no such area; instead the focus indicator (dotted rectangle) should be drawn around the check box / radio button itself.
