#14 'waiting on player' display should be improved

Right now, when waiting on a player (say for him to
play card) a RED highlight is shown around his name.
So other players will know game is waiting on him.

We need to enhance this
- there should be a little description text along
with red highlight
- waiting should be extended for other scenarios
o picking trump
o accept card ..etc
