#202 a few changes desired

On the nursing website, undergraduate tab, courses subtitle, section entitled Purpose...the whole paragraph turns purple and underlines when the mouse rolls over it...????

last outcomes under program outcomes aren't numbered... this may work better as a bulleted list....

nursing courses shouldn't list the master's level courses here. (It's probably feeding from another place...not sure how to change this...)

As far as I can tell these alterations have been made. Not really a bug report, just a design change request.
