I have this issue as well, I can only capture on the primary monitor and if the secondary monitor scaling is different, the location of the capture box is innaccurate

I'm also having problems too. Can it be possible I have 4K monitor with 1080P Monitor? My primary monitor is a 4K monitor and the secodary monitor is 1080P.
