#54 image with border around text isn't working

Hey,
while processing an image file using CLI, I get this error:
Error, OCR failure:
"not_working.png"
<error></error>

I attached 2 files of the same image:

1. not_working.png - this file contain a border around the text and isn't working.
2. working.png - this is the same image but without the border and is working.
