I run version 3.9 and get error message:

Capture2Text.exe
Error: Nonexistent hotkey.

The current thread will exit.

I set F1 as start, F2 as finish and <esc> as abort.

Version 3.0 works fine. Great utility. Allows me to grab otherwise ungrabable text, such as the line below from winver: (Build came out as Bulid)

Make sure that Dictionary1Key is assigned to a key in settings.ini.
