#248 Add OCR support for more alphabetical languages

I suggest to add support of OCR to:
1) the last non-hieroglyphic official language of communication of the UN - Arabic. I believe, the audience of this feature is pretty wide
2) Armenian - for that I need it and know open-source pack for OCR of hand-written texts (https://huggingface.co/armvectores/yolov8n_handwritten_text_detection). But I need typeface character recognition more, than handwritten.
3) Georgian
4) Amharic (from Ethiopia)
*) etc

Can this be done within the c2t? What are the requirements to make it happen? Please, direct me, as I can write code, but not a true programmer and a newbie on Sourceforge.
