#228 Portable version when being auto started doesn't save settings properly
I install it through package manager Scoop, https://github.com/lzwme/scoop-proxy-cn/blob/main/bucket/Capture2TextZhCn.json
I create a shortcut at the startup folder "$env:USERPROFILE\Start Menu\Programs\Startup". When launching this shortcut, the settings is back to default. The .ini file in folder Capture2Text doesn't work anymore.
