Can the CLI include an option to click the mouse at the capture position, and add an optional delay, after the click, in milliseconds?
This would help situations when a window loses focus and changes the position of the target content, but the content to be captured should be from an active window.
Alternatively, perhaps Capture2Text CLI momentarily deactivates (then reactivates) the window beneath the target capture area. If this is the case, perhaps that can be changed to keep the active window active while the capture is performed.
