Icons in the system tray (notification area) usually have a tooltip that appears when hovering the mouse, but Capture2Text doesn't. Typically the tooltip shows the name of the program, sometimes with an indication of its status, such as "Window Security - No action needed."
Simply showing "Capture2Text" as the tooltip would be fine, though "Capture2Text - English" or "Capture2Text - English, Orientation: Auto" would be even better.
In v4.6.3 added "Capture2Text - Language" tooltip format. For languages that support vertical text, added "Capture2Text - Language - Orientation" tooltip format.
