I would like a feature so that I make the app translate specific part of the screen Instead of having to constaly drag my mouse to do so.

After you have OCR'd a region once with the normal "Start OCR Capture" hotkey (Win+Q), you may use the "Re-Capture Last" hotkey (Win+R) to OCR the same region again.
