The developers that are inactive have now been cut to only the active developers. This allows easier maintenance, and for people to really see who is contributing, rather than just riding the coat-tails of others.

The plan is almost at completion. Once this is done, probably within the next couple of weeks, the hard stuff begins, and the development starts.
