Separated CapsisBridgeServiceProvider into CapsisBridgeServiceProvider and CapsisBridgeServiceProviderMetaModel for better clarity.
Fixed initialisation sequence in ServiceProviders and ServiceManager to avoid returning control on server process that is still initializing
Fixed tests to make them functional again
Fixed logs to propagate logToFile parameter from manager to ServiceProvider
Fixed logs to use port based unique names on disk.
